1. Be notified by e-mail of all public and open board meetings

2. To attend and be heard at all public meetings

3. To attend and be put on agenda at open board meetings

4. Enter training to volunteer, do production or be on air

5. Earn status of Voting Member

6. Be eligible for appointments to Executive Offices, Committees and Boards

7. Contribute creatively to the organic growth of the station
